We appreciate that arranging time from work to sign papers etc is often difficult, and as a consequence we have streamlined our conveyancing procedure to such an extent that in normal circumstances only one visit per transaction will be required because of work or family commitments and you are unable to visit our offices we have developed a “sign at home scheme” which means that the entire transaction can be handled via telephone text and post.
At the start of each transaction you will be provided with a copy of our Client Care letter, which details our terms of business, our fees and our dedication to your cause.
